I spent $22,000 on an AI bot to help my sales team close more deals.
We called it Zig.
Some cool ways it's been helping us:
Before calls
• it scans every calendar, CRM, past calls, & messages to get context on each lead
• surfaces what events a lead attended and what objections they've raised
• makes every lead in our database searchable from Slack any time
During calls
• it pulls up approved pricing, payment terms, and proof points so reps aren't digging through docs while talking to prospects
After calls
• it grades every eligible sales call automatically, twice a day, against our actual playbook
• sends each rep their scorecard straight to Slack right after the call
• flags follow-ups that have gone untouched for over a week
• logs every call into a Notion database w/ scores, so we can see trends per rep over time
• sends leadership a daily report after the day wraps, with a forecast attached
Every morning it also sends reps a brief of who's on their calendar that day and keeps a history of their wins so the team can reuse what's working best.
Easily one of the coolest AI use cases I've found so far.

Founder Codie Sanchez had a bot called Zig built for their sales team. It scans the CRM and past calls before each meeting, grades every call against the playbook twice a day, posts scorecards to Slack, logs calls in Notion and sends leadership a daily forecast.
